SHIPPING

Lust Society does not hold responsibility for any packages that have been marked shipped. If there are any issues after your item has been marked shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service. If your package has not been marked shipped and has been lost in transit, Lust Society will take full responsibility and contact the U.S. Postal Service office to retrieve your package. Lost packages usually occur due to information errors, so please be sure to provide a correct home address.

Returns & Exchanges

This process must be done within 10 days of receipt. Please do not throw away your receipt as some information will be asked to you in case of a return or an exchange.

*Fill out the form completely and provide the same information you used when the item was purchased. Please, allow us 2-3 business days and we will get back to you. Returns will only be accepted for items within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned to Lust Society the same way it was sent to you. All tags must be attached, the packaging must be the same way as you received it, and the product must be unused. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, refund will be denied and the same package will be sent back to you. Once your package gets back to us, we will inspect it to see if you complied to the agreement. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. If your item passes the inspection, a full refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will reflect the original amount paid for the merchandise minus original shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
